Nestled amid a cluster of famous old sailing communities, the Marina at Oak Island Resort is a perfect base from which to set sail.
The Marina is operational from mid-May until mid-October and offers 41 seasonal berths and four moorings. Our Marina offers various services and is also the departure point for many on-site activities and tours.

- $45 per linear foot
- $225 seasonal fee
- $50 per night +tax – nightly visitor rate – along side berth
- $35 per night +tax – nightly visitor rate – mooring

Marina Villa Condos
New to Oak Island Resort are the Marina Villas, condo style accommodations located directly on the water’s edge at our private marina.
With tasteful contemporary décor, these three level villas all feature 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, full kitchen and are fully air conditioned. Enjoy your own private entry, waterside balcony, in-floor heating, hardwood, granite kitchen counter tops, and ceramic flooring.
