Low Season – Rates starting at $99.00 plus HST
High Season – Rates starting at $129.00 plus HST

Check in time: Anytime after 3 p.m.
Check out time: 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations that are not cancelled in accordance to Atlantica Hotel & Marina Oak Island’s Cancellation Policy will be charged the amount of a single night charge based on their quoted rate. Guests’ of Atlantica Hotel & Marina Oak Island are made aware of this cancellation policy upon the booking of all reservations, and each guest agree that a cancellation fee can be applied to the credit card on file of the booking if the proper time of notice is not provided by the guest. Cancellations avoiding a cancellation fee require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to 3 p.m. on the day of arrival for standard reservations. All reservations for packages require 72 hours notice prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. A cancellation number will be provided for your records.
